We run a small French café. We collect as little information as we can get away with, we don't sell it, and we tell you what we do collect. If any of this changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
What we collect
- On the website: Cloudflare logs request metadata (IP, timestamp, user agent, URL) for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention. Our privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) records page views without cookies or personal data.
- Contact forms: What you type into our catering or careers forms — name, email, phone, event details — arrives in our email and a Google Sheet visible only to the owners.
- Reservations and orders: We link out to Yelp (reservations) and Toast (online ordering). They collect data under their own privacy policies.
- In the café: If you pay with a card, Toast and your card network handle that transaction. We don't store card numbers.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads conversion tracking, no session replay. If the law changes what those terms mean, we'll revisit this paragraph.
California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. You don't need to opt out — there's nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will say so and we'll provide a clear opt-out link here.

Cookies
Our own site uses no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a necessary cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management; it expires within 30 minutes of inactivity. Google Maps, when embedded on our Hours page, sets its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Children
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.
