SMS terms.

Updated April 2026

If you share your phone number with Monsieur Crêpe — on a reservation, a catering form, or by replying to one of our messages — here's what you can expect and how to stop hearing from us.

Consent

By giving us your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Monsieur Crêpe related to your reservation, catering order, or the specific request you made. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.

What we send

  • Confirmations and follow-ups for your reservation, catering, or event.
  • Answers to questions you sent us.
  • Occasional notes when something changes — a holiday closure, a musician's cancellation, a menu change for your party.

We don't send marketing blasts. Typical frequency is 0 to 4 messages per month, tied to whatever you asked us about.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to any message and we won't text you again. Reply HELP for help, or email monsieurcrepela@gmail.com any time. Ending SMS won't affect your reservation, order, or anything else — we'll just reach you by email or phone instead.

Your number

We don't sell phone numbers and we don't share them with advertisers. Messages are sent through our reservation provider (Yelp), ordering provider (Toast), or directly from the café's phone. See our privacy policy for the full picture.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
